• Paul - Director and co-owner

Paul is usually running around in a whirlwind, as he wears many caps. On any given day he could be, auctioneer, valuer, photographer, customer service, driver, accountant, basically what ever needs doing Paul’s usually on it.

  • Ann - Director and co-owner

Ann is the face and voice of Potters, usually the first to greet customers, either in the office or on the phone. She’s always busy, often behind the scene’s taking in lots, organising them and making sure everyone is fed and watered.

  • Kat - Saleroom Manager

Kat is the one that keeps us all organised and running smoothly. Our expert in all things ceramic and glass, she also has an amazing ability to find gold, we’re pretty sure she can smell it!

  • Ritch - Stuff and things

Ritch’s role can be a bit difficult to describe as it really depends on what needs doing on any given day. He could be driving, delivering, dealing with social media, supporting IT, odd jobs, he also has an interest in vintage tools and furniture.

  • Chris - Deliveries and clerking

Chris is our budding TV star, if you recognise him it’s because he’s been on Bargain Hunt a few times. He also does the clerking on auction days, looking after our online Saleroom bidders. He also has a vast knowledge as he has own antiques business.

  • Paula - Auctioneer

Paula is the voice of the auctions, elegantly auctioning lots in turn with Paul. We do like to test her with difficult names, although she has been practicing saying Swarovski.

  • Suzanne - Admin

On busy collction days you will usually see Suzanne working in reception, dealing with clients and happily taking their money.

  • Hope - Clerking and packing

Hope is the new youngblood, eager to help and very efficient, just like her Mum (Kat). We do have to drag her away from her phone occasionally, she’s probably on TikTok or something, to be honest we struggle to keep up with what the latest thing is!

  • Harry - Security

This old dog knows the ropes well and is always primed and ready to go at a moments notice.

  • Eddie - Trainee Security

The young pup in training. He may look cute but he’s watching and is ready to pounce any second.
