PLEASE NOTE: While we offer a packing and postage service for those who require it, this is a service, not an obligation. The responsibility for removing sold items from our saleroom rests with the purchaser, not us.
For items requiring postage, our charges will be the actual postage cost of items plus packaging charges, if required.
Due to the large and varied nature of items to be posted, payment will be requested before any item is dispatched and must be paid for on a separate invoice. If you require postage, please ensure you pay for the items first. We will then send you a separate invoice concerning packing and postage if needed.
While we will endeavor to pack all items safely and securely, we can accept no responsibility or liability for items damaged or lost in transit. Claims for damaged or lost items must be conducted with the carrier.
Items posted to countries outside the UK will normally be sent by Airmail unless otherwise requested by the purchaser. Again, we can accept no responsibility for items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit; such claims must be addressed with the carrier. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any and all import duties and taxes
Larger items such as furniture or items too large for normal postage can be sent by courier at the purchaser's expense. Carriers can be arranged by us or by the purchaser, whichever is most suitable and convenient. This cost must be paid for via a separate invoice, and payment must be made before transit.
