This month's auction promises to be highly diverse, showcasing a captivating selection of items. Among the standout offerings, we are particularly thrilled to present eight exquisite horses from the renowned Stubbs trail. Perfect for those looking for something unique and individual. In addition to these remarkable pieces, our auction features a handmade wooden boat that reflects exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. This unique vessel is sure to appeal to collectors and enthusiasts alike. We are also excited to offer a custom Kawasaki powered trike, designed for those who appreciate both style and performance. This eye-catching vehicle is a true testament to innovative design and engineering.
You now have the opportunity to own a piece of local history as we prepare to auction a remarkable selection of horse sculptures, each crafted to honor the legacy of the esteemed artist George Stubbs. These sculptures were part of the "Horsing Around" trail, an initiative across North Lincolnshire inspired by Stubbs and his enduring connection to the region. Each piece has been uniquely painted by local artists in collaboration with schools and community groups, showcasing their artistic talents.
The project was developed in partnership with Wild in Art, renowned public art specialists known for their involvement in high-profile projects such as the London 2012 Olympics and the 2014 Commonwealth Games. In our upcoming online auction on April 24th, we will feature eight of these bespoke sculptures. A notable piece is a 15.3hh Horse Sculpture called 'George', painted by leading equine anatomy and biomechanics educator Gillian Higgins, showing the horses anatomy. Of the three 15hh Horse sculptures we have 'Sky Scrapper', one of the main Horsing around North Lincolnshire Trail sculptures. Designed by Caitlin Smith a Hull based Artist and St Peter& St Paul CofE Primary school. 'Spirit' by Jane Johannsson with Scunthorpe Museum Society Art Group and 'Shark' by Neil Ward with Café Indie Youth Group. The four 7hh Miniature horse sculptures are 'Anvil' by Undici Venetian aka Tom Butcher & Althorpe and Keadby Primary school. 'Sweet William' by Mary Blackshaw with North Lincolnshire Sanctury Group, 'Polyanthus'' by Lucy Bryant with the Scunthorpe 16th Scouts and 'Whinny' by Dahlia Lee with the Ukranian Saturday school.
All proceeds from this auction will be generously donated to the Mayor of North Lincolnshire’s chosen charity, the Health Tree Foundation, which supports the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. Cllr John Davison, the cabinet member for community wellbeing (urban), emphasized the importance of this initiative, stating, “These sculptures, which have been beautifully painted by our amazingly talented local artists, not only capture the spirit of our local heritage but also offer a unique opportunity for residents and art lovers to own a piece of history. We are delighted that the auction will also benefit the Health Tree Foundation, a cause that directly supports our local healthcare services. We encourage everyone to get involved, support a great cause, and perhaps take home one of these stunning works of art."

Built from the ground up in 1999 to an exceptional standard, it showcases the craftsmanship and dedication of its creator. Powered by a rebuilt Kawasaki ZL 900 four-cylinder engine, this Trike not only starts and runs smoothly but also delivers a delightful sound that enhances the riding experience. With only 45,000 miles covered since its inception, it has been well-maintained throughout the years. All MOT certificates are available, along with extensive documentation indicating the significant investment made in its upkeep. Salcombe Yawl No. Y111, an exquisitely hand-made sailing boat, complete with a trailer for convenient transport. This beautiful vessel features a drop keel for enhanced stability while sailing and comes equipped with a Volvo outboard motor, which is currently in untested condition. Additionally, the sale includes essential safety items such as life jackets and an unused compass, ensuring preparedness for your nautical adventures. The boat's hull measures 16 feet in length and 82 inches in width, with a mast height of 24 feet. Perfect for anyone who truly loves to travel to the stunning and picturesque Cumbrian Lakes this is sure to create memorable experiences.

Our auction showcases an impressive variety of die-cast models, Airfix kits, and model trains. New types of collectibles are seeing a surge in popularity, and we are thrilled to feature over several lots of Funko POP figures in this auction, catering to enthusiasts and collectors alike. One of particular interest must be the Funko Pops Star Wars Figure number 213 'Boba Fett with Slave one. This is autographed by Jeremy Bullock with photo of him signing it.
